Every ceramic coating job at Ocean Glow follows the same 5-step process — no shortcuts, no skipped steps.
Wash & Decontaminate
Full foam wash, iron fallout removal, clay bar treatment — every contaminant stripped from the surface before we begin.
Paint Correction
Machine polishing removes swirl marks, scratches and oxidation. The paint has to be perfect before coating goes on.
Paint Prep & Panel Wipe
Panel wipe removes all polish residue and oils — the surface has to be 100% clean for the ceramic to bond properly.
Ceramic Coating Application
Applied panel by panel in a controlled environment. The coating bonds to the clear coat — hydrophobic, UV-resistant, scratch-resistant.
Cure & Inspect
24-48 hour cure time. We inspect every panel before handover — if it's not right, it doesn't leave.
